This summer Make Space Storage teamed up with the community to raise funds for local food banks. Make Space Storage pledged to donate $10 for each new storage rental (portable, parking, self-storage, on-site services) made between July 1st and August 3rd. This included current customers who rented additional and/or new units as well as new customers who rented at any of our facilities.

We are thrilled to announce that during this period 1,152 new storage rentals were made for a total donation of $11,520. Make Space Cares will top up that amount and will be donating $12,000 to Food Banks Canada!

Throughout the summer our Make Space Storage facilities also collected non-perishable items on-site from our generous tenants. We are proud of our facilities and the community for their commitment to this food drive. For example, our Make Space Storage in Kitchener Ontario received enough non-perishables for 60 meals!
